Not every problem needs custom software. A lot of the leverage in a business hides in small, repetitive handoffs — and Zapier is usually the fastest way to remove them.

Where I start

  • Onboarding & offboarding — provision and deprovision accounts and access from one trigger
  • Lead and form routing — get every enquiry into the right place instantly
  • Cross-tool sync — keep Google, Slack, Jira and your CRM agreeing with each other
  • Notifications that matter — the right alert to the right person, nothing else

When to graduate from Zapier

Zapier is perfect until you need complex logic, heavy data volumes or tight control. When a workflow earns it, I move that piece to Apps Script or a small custom service — but only then. Start simple; automate the boring 20% first.

The goal isn't "more automation." It's fewer manual handoffs where a human adds no judgement.
